Push Yourself

Hello friends. In today's scenario, we all are stressed and down with some issues mentally or physically. Some of us try to overcome situations and they succeed too. But generally we wait for someone's support for the solutions. But in reality, we should start at our own. We should push ourselves because no one else is going to do that. If we will wait, we will end up in despair. When we start a step, we are already a step ahead. We should create a target and build up our tolerance. Every time you feel you are at your limit, go one step more. Learn to play with the pain because the higher levels of joy are waiting for you on the other side.
